The first day I expected Nick to cry, whine and be upset. Remember last year? If not scroll thru this blog and you can read all about it! He walked with his class lined up and never shed a tear! I could tell he was a little upset but he wasn't making eye contact so I didn't want to push it.
He came home that day....and he was excited! WOW I am in shock. All week he has been popping up out of bed at about 5 a.m and wants to get ready for school. He is seriously excited. I have no idea what has changed but I am so happy!
He is so tall! I kept trying to call his name to say I love you..he didn't want to look.
In case you are wondering he is 4ft 3 and 74 pounds of solid boy!
This will be Natalie's last year of Junior High.
HHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH a Kindergartner and a Senior!
Tonight on our way home from the grocery store Nick sat in the backseat and said "Mommy I sure wish school was everyday because I love it"
WOW I wanted to call everyone and yell it out the window! I am so relieved because after the time we had last year I really was looking at our options if this year wasn't going to work out.
We are back to our crazy schedule. Soccer,Dance,Volleyball...no cheer. That was a little weird but soooooo nice in so many ways.
Natalie made the Volleyball team. I knew she would and I am pretty excited over it.
Ashlynn had her first dance class and was so excited for days but when it was time to go in the class...she cried and cried the entire hour. The crazy thing is when she came home she showed me every single thing that went on in the class. Now she is back to being excited about her next class.
Well hopefully I can update our Family blog more often now that school is back in!
