I asked the little ones yesterday if they wanted to go see a movie. Nick instantly asked if we could go to the Museum of Natural Science. So first thing Monday morning we started out...we had to pack a lunch,get Lindsey and head out. That sounds simple but I literally ran back in the house 6 times! Not to mention the fact when we went to Walmart to get snacks and drinks we walked out without drinks.
But I have to say I love these last minute trips we take.
These 3 are so much fun to take places. They love to learn and no matter how many times we go to the Museum they act like it is the first time. I LOVE IT!
I have taken the girls to see the butterflies but Nick has not seen them. They loved every minute of it EXCEPT if they land on them. When you go in they tell the kids not to touch the butterflies but if they land on them its ok.
There are so many butterflies fluttering around and you really could stay in there for hours. We ended up staying in for 2 hours and had no idea. I really recommend going when everyone is in school and at work...not on a holiday. It still wasn't bad.
So after that the kids were starving so like always we head to the truck to get our lunches and head for an area in the sun at the "park". Not a park with slides and swings but a park with tables. I really think they love to sit outside and have lunch as much as I do.
I noticed the entire time they all watched the zoo train go by several times. I decided I was going to give them the option to walk over and ride the train and go home or go back in the museum for a while longer....
I was so shocked and excited that they all wanted to go back in!
Such a perfect day. I love spending time with them and doing these things.

Wow what a great year this has been! I love this little family of ours!
I have decided that as a Family we will take our first ever Cruise in August. Why so late? TO MAKE PAYMENTS and it is cheaper! With 6 people it can be a bit pricey. I am super excited and can't wait. So if you have any advice for us PLEASE do tell! You can leave a message on here for me.
