I am proud to say that I will no longer be buying diapers! Yipee! Wahoooo!
I think I have been buying and changing diapers for the past 5 years. YES I am excited! Today we took our 1st
outing with Ashlynn not in a diaper and it was great! We went to Lowes then to eat and shoe shopping.
We now have a BIG GIRL...or as she says "I a BIG BOY now"

OOOOOHHHH maybe I have time to catch up!
OK so Natalie has been so very busy. She has been Cheering for her Junior High football team and also playing Volleyball. Doesn't seem like much but when you add in practice, games along with your other children it is alot! This week she had practice Monday, game on Tues from 5:30 till 9:30,Wed. game from 5:30 till 9:30,Thurs game from 4:30-7 then in between all that we have cheer for Lauren with Friday night Football games. I wouldn't give any of it up. I know one day I will miss this hectic little life of mine. I always do in the Summer.
Now that Football is just about over Natalie is about to have Basketball try-outs and I really can't wait.

I recently took pictures for a Mom and her two Children. They turned out GREAT! I had so much fun taking the pictures and can't wait to give them all to her. I think I will go ahead and put my two favorite ones on here because they have so much personality.

Notice the little boys face? He did that on his own! He cracks me up because a few days later his mom sent me a picture he had taken at school and that was the same face.
Lauren was able to wear her Letterman jacket today for the first time..very exciting for her. We have started "College Shopping" and WOW is that some work! We are supposed to go for a visit to Texas State University on November 13 but it looks like instead we have to stay home for her to cheer at a Playoff game for the Bulldogs. But the good thing is now we get to go in Feb. which will most likely be the coldest time to go. Boo!
Hopefully I can get back on here in the next few hours and post some more. For now I need to jump up and get some things taken care of around here.

OK several weeks ago I took Ashlynn to a new doctor for her "tummy problems".
She was so nice and listened to every concern I had. She let me go on and on about the symptoms and as soon as I finished she said...MILK. I am sure I looked at her like "HUH?" She said you have her on Soy milk but that also has milk protein in it, lets get an xray to make sure she doesn't have a blockage and go from there. Still keep the gastric appt. and don't make any changes so that in a month when she goes to the appt. she has the same symptoms. I was almost relieved to here her tell me milk may be the problem. She also said we can send her to an allergist after that appointment but if it is only a milk protein sensitivity it will not show up. She seemed to be very positive her problem all along is just simply MILK.
I went home that day with a sense of relief thinking OK we are getting somewhere then I started thinking I have to wait a month to find out. I told Terry all about it and then decided I am taking this in my own hands and taking her off of all milk products for 2 weeks to see if we have any changes. You have to understand she has been so miserable and I felt like she was in pain or something.
So at the end of the two weeks we noticed every symptom was gone! It has now been a month and she sleeps thru the night for the first time since she was about 9mths old. She is very happy and has even gained weight. I still don't know if it is a milk allergy or sensitivity but at this point I am just so excited to have her a "normal" toddler again.
It is AMAZING the change it has made. If you have no idea what I am talking about with her symptoms if you go thru my different post you can find the details.
We did take her off of gluten and thought we had improvement. Most of the gluten free foods also are milk free. So we have continued with the gluten free also just because...who really needs those extra chemicals anyways?

Family time is very important to us so now that it is cooling off outside we are taking advantage....
Saturday night we all gathered around the fire pit and just had so much fun. The girls loved it,little ones loved it and we had some neighbors join us.What better way to enjoy a nice Saturday night.
Sunday we all decided to pack up some food, chairs and fishing stuff and drive 45 mins away to Brazos Bend State park. We normally go spend the entire weekend camping but instead we wanted to try being a day visitor. We arrived at the park and I am not kidding it took us forever to find the perfect fishing spot. I was excited because I knew we were going to be having fish for dinner.
As we found the "perfect" spot we noticed several alligators swimming around...don't worry that is what the park is known for.

I love love love this park. It is just a great family place. If you like to walk and just enjoy the sights this is the perfect place to go. Especially with little ones. You see lots of alligators, birds, turtles and deer.
So we stayed for several hours fishing and goofing off but guess what..NO FISH! Not even a bite! I really expected to catch some but at the end of the day I really didn't care. I was so happy with the fact we were all together.

Really? Seriously? I can not believe I have not posted in awhile! It is amazing that I have no extra time but it is totally my fault. Since school has started we have practice,2 football games a week, volleyball games and then we bike ride in between all of that.Oh and everything else!
So we had a great camping trip last weekend...you will never believe when I tell you I did not take one picture. One reason is because a few days before the trip I got sick. I went to the doctor took care of it and was fine until about 3am Friday night. One of my fears has always been getting sick while out of town and I always take every bit of medicine we have. THANK GOD because I couldn't hold anything down until about 11 Saturday afternoon. I was set on the fact I was not going to let this ruin our weekend so I continued to bike ride and keep on fishing and everything else. Saturday I also found out a friends baby passed away so I was really bummed out over that and just wasn't into pictures. It really made me sad the entire time.
So not only did I not take any pictures I really haven't around the house either. Weird.
As I am sitting here tying this I am thinking I really need to run to the grocery store. We are going to Brazos Bend State park tomorrow to just hang out all day,BBQ and fish. A relaxing family day.
