A few weeks ago my Aunt called and asked if I wanted to borrow this...seems like just an old chalk board but it is more than that. This chalk board was in my Great Grandmother's house. I am pretty sure ALL of the grand kids at one time used it. It was out on her sun porch which is were we always played. I love it! When we placed the box on the kitchen table to open it the kids were so excited. I swear when we hung this on the wall I could feel the presence of my Great Grandmother patting me on the back.
We decided to hang this in the kitchen (seems like everything that was hers is in our kitchen) and I really can't wait to go get chalk tomorrow. Nick has been eyeballing it and waiting patiently.
I am very excited and greatful to have this.
